The mission of PRESA LLC is to ethically and respectfully act as a neutral third-party in parental responsibility exchanges and supervised parenting time, providing families with a safe and conflict-free environment to interact, ensuring appropriate contact between parents and children.
When establishing a parental responsibility plan, the child's needs are the most important factors to consider. The formation of a positive parent-child relationship is a life-long process, and the key to a successful relationship is the quality (not quantity) of the time spent together, which is essential in child custody services.
The Supervised Parental Responsibility Exchange (SPRE) involves a neutral third-party during the transfer of a child between parents, ensuring a safe process under custodial arrangements. A judge may mandate a supervised parenting time exchange to reduce or eliminate direct contact between parents, prioritizing the children's well-being.
Supervised Parental Responsibility Exchange Schedule:
Monday thru Friday - 4:00pm to 8:00pm
Weekends - 9:00am to 6:00pm
PRESA LLC provides a secure and neutral environment for these parental responsibility exchanges, serving as a preferable alternative to police stations or other public venues.
Supervised Parenting Time (SPT) involves having a third-party present during a parent's time with their child, particularly in the context of child custody services. A judge may order SPT in circumstances such as:
- Unsupervised contact between parent and child may endanger the child's well-being
- The parent has had little to no prior contact with the child
- Both parents agree that supervision is suitable under the circumstances
The supervisor acts as a safe contact and neutral third-party during parental responsibility exchanges. They observe how the parent(s) and child interact, promoting safe and appropriate interactions while fostering a natural relationship between parents and children.
Parents may register with Presa LLC for child custody services after a judge has ordered SPRE or SPT. To complete the registration process, parents are required to submit any relevant court orders or pleadings. To maintain their registration and ensure compliance with the parental responsibility exchange and supervised parenting time, parents must adhere to PRESA LLC's procedures and policies.
Required for all levels of child custody services. Automatically renewed annually for parental responsibility exchange. All records, including those related to supervised parenting time, are maintained for two years after service.
Payable at the time of visit, any supervised parenting time includes two exchanges during the parental responsibility exchange, supported by our child custody services.
Single Child is paired with a Single Supervisor for supervised parenting time (1 hour). This arrangement is essential for child custody services and ensures a safe environment for parental responsibility exchange. Fee due prior to the start of the session.
Multiple children are paired with two supervisors for supervised parenting time (1 hour). A fee for our child custody services is due prior to the start of the session to ensure a smooth parental responsibility exchange.
Payable at the time of service for child custody services, including parental responsibility exchange and supervised parenting time.
Up to 4 exchanges per week for parental responsibility exchange, ensuring a smooth transition during supervised parenting time.
